Consultation and Introduction to Training

Start your fitness journey with a one-on-one meeting with 3 objectives;

  1. To establish your fitness history, dreams, goals and your current training environment.  

  2. To explain the philosophy behind the secondhalfActive training and how sessions are structured.

  3. To engage in a light, safe but varied training session in the gym to establish current ranges of movement, strength and skill and to allow you to consider if this style of training is right for you.

Sessions are 1-2 hours. The consultation and training session can be done at separate times if preferred. 
 

Price – Complimentary. 

Personal Training

A strength and conditioning session designed for you and focused on improving strength, range of movement and cardiovascular fitness. 

Sessions are up to one hour, coached by Phil and supported by a private WhatsApp chat.

A minimum of one weekly session and a commitment for an initial period of three months is recommended.

Price - £60/hour

Personal Training with a friend

A strength and conditioning session designed for two people focused on improving strength, range of movement and cardiovascular fitness. The session will be adapted wherever necessary to ensure the needs of both people are addressed.

Sessions are up to one hour, coached by Phil and supported by a private WhatsApp chat.

A minimum of one weekly session and a commitment for an initial period of three months is recommended.

Price - £35 per person.

Personal Training For Sports Performance.

A strength and conditioning session designed for you and focused on improving strength, range of movement and cardiovascular fitness. These sessions are optimised to protect you from injury and to support and enhance performance in your chosen sports and activities.

 

Sessions are up to one hour, coached by Phil and supported by a private WhatsApp chat.

A minimum of one weekly session and a commitment for an initial period of three months is recommended.

 

Price - £60/hour
